Commercial Capital provides financing through a lease with purchase option. Commercial Capital is a self funded leasing company that has been in business for over 25 years. They have worked with concrete companies all over the country and they suit their leases to meet the specific needs of the industry.
Commercial Capital can construct a lease to fit your needs. There are three common types of leases:
- Standard Lease
- Down payment typically varies from 0% to 20%
- 36-60 month term
- Balloon payments up to 30%
A higher down payment and balloon payment will lower your monthly payment, keeping your operating expenses low
- Deferred Payment
- This is the same as the standard lease, however your first payment can be delayed up to 90 days
This option enables you to start cash flowing your equipment before you have to make your first payment.
- Seasonal Payments
- We will structure your lease so you are making payments when you are working, and not making payments in the off season
This is a very popular option in the concrete industry because business slows down in the winter months.
The process to obtain financing is simple:
- Submit a credit application as soon as possible, even before you have decided to purchase. It doesn't cost you anything, and it allows us to become familiar with your business and together we can come up with the best financing structure for you.
- You will get a phone call from Jason Carrigan usually the same day you have submitted your application
- Submit other financial information (to be determined after your application is received)
- Finalize the lease structure
- Sign docs and you are done!
